Inspections typically last 2.5 – 4 hours, depending on the age, size, and condition of the property.

Pricing is based on the finished square footage and age of the home. Base fees apply to homes under 1500 sq ft and built within the last 25 years.

Radon testing is available as an add-on service and highly recommended.

After scheduling, you’ll receive an email confirming the inspection order. Once confirmed, you’ll get another email with the inspection date/time, address, and links to sign the agreement and make payment.
