Hello, I'm Eric Durbin, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the fire service and property inspection. With a strong foundation in family values, I've been happily married for over 20 years and am a proud father of two boys. Professionally, I've devoted 28 years to the fire service, specializing in property inspection for the past 20 years. I take great pride in my role, ensuring both commercial and residential properties meet the highest safety standards.

Embracing modern technology, I utilize aerial perspectives as an FAA part 107 Drone Pilot to enhance inspection accuracy. Furthermore, I am an InterNachi Certified professional Inspector, demonstrating my dedication to industry standards. Outside of work, I am an advocate for continuous learning, staying updated on the latest inspection techniques and spending quality time with my family
